Service Guarantee
At Minerva we don’t want you to feel you have paid for a service which has not generated a decent reduction in your cost base. This is why we have introduced our service guarantee.
“We guarantee to save you at least £5000 or our services won’t cost you a penny”.
How does it work?
- We will not invoice you for our cost reduction services until we have presented you with a report(s) showing identified savings which equate to a minimum of £5000 per annum.
- It may be necessary to review more than one category of spend to produce this level of savings. As the client you agree to allow us to review enough categories of spend to achieve the minimum saving levels.
- We do reserve the right to decline a project if we believe, from our experience, that the likely savings will not reach £5000.
- If you would prefer to work on a category by category basis, reserving the right not to use us for more than one, we are happy to invoice on that basis.
That’s it. Simple really. We just want to give you the peace of mind that we’ll deliver you some decent and tangible benefits or our services won’t cost you a penny.
